Article 1: Purpose

To demonstrate care for and fully protect consumer rights, as well as to establish a corporate culture that values consumer protection, the Company has formulated this "Consumer Rights Protection Policy." We are committed to safeguarding customer interests, ensuring the quality of products and services, and establishing effective grievance and response mechanisms to foster customer trust and sustainable operations.

Article 2: Safeguarding Customer Rights

Throughout the procurement, provision, and sales processes of products and services, the Company shall comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure that the rights and interests of consumers and other stakeholders are not compromised. If a product or service is suspected of posing a threat to customer safety, the Company shall immediately suspend the service, investigate the facts, and formulate a review and improvement plan.

Article 3: Customer Health and Safety

  1. When providing products or services, the Company shall ensure that such products or services meet the safety expectations reasonably demanded by the technological or professional standards of the time.

  2. Where products or services pose a potential hazard to the life, body, health, or property of consumers, warning labels and emergency handling methods for such dangers must be conspicuously displayed.

  3. If there are sufficient facts to believe that the provided products or services pose a threat to consumer safety and health, the Company shall immediately recall the batch of products or suspend the services.

Article 4: Product Marketing Requirements

The content of all advertising and marketing activities must be clear and transparent, and must strictly comply with relevant regulations. Any form of deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited. This is to enhance brand image, build consumer trust, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers from infringement.

Article 5: Customer Information Security

The Company shall protect consumers' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. We shall collect, process, and utilize consumer personal data in a lawful, transparent, and fair manner, and provide reasonable security protection measures.

Article 6: Education and Training

The Company shall incorporate this Policy, relevant internal compliance regulations, and codes of conduct into its education and training programs, conducting educational awareness campaigns and personnel training.

Article 7: Consumer Grievance Channels and Procedures

Consumers may provide valuable feedback regarding the Company’s products and services through the "Stakeholder Section" on the Company's website. Dedicated personnel will appropriately handle these matters and reply to the consumers with the outcomes.

Article 8: Periodic Review

The Company shall consistently monitor amendments to relevant international guidelines and domestic regulations, and review and update this Policy accordingly to ensure its effective implementation.
